In this starter set you receive an HD camera, a motion detector and two contact sensors for doors and windows. The high-resolution camera is the central gateway to the system, via which all components as well as separately available alarm sirens and power sockets for indoor and outdoor areas can be integrated. The live camera image can also be called up on the Alexa Echo Show or Echo Spot using voice commands; optional accessories like power sockets for indoor and outdoor areas can be controlled using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa (ednet Alexa Skill or ednet Google Action). The system sends you push notifications to your smartphone, no matter where you are, about recorded movements or sensor status changes. Find out whether doors and windows are opened and closed while you’re out and about, or whether there is movement in the camera or sensor area. This means that you always know if someone enters your home, and can even call up the live image on your smartphone using the ednet smart home app. Specific rules can also be assigned for the components, for example a time window for alarm activation or partial alarm activation of sensors for every day of the week, or dependencies such as the switching on of a power socket or sirens when a sensor is triggered. Installation of the system in your wireless LAN is simple and intuitive using the auto configuration mode.
