Please note that you may have to change the palmrest / shroud / lattice / trim if switching keyboards with a different number of keys (f. e. US Int'l to UK) or pointing technology. Please call your Origin Storage account manager for further clarification!Dual point (DP) indicates track stick is present - Single point (SP) it is not.In some cases DP keyboards are not compatible with models originally configured with SP keyboards. In most cases the DP keyboard will fit physically, but the track stick may not work.This keyboard does not come with the ribbon cable. The existing cable needs to be used.For previous laptop generations, configured with Windows 8, please always use a WIN8 keyboard.
